WHY ARE THERE DIFFERENCES IN COLOR OF NEEDLES MADE FROM THE SAME TYPE OF WOOD?

We fully understand your concern because indeed there is natural variation in wood color which make us unable to preset a color preference. For example ebony wood can range in color from medium brown to black. Though we always try to limit this variation especially between the two needles in a pair.
